Work with your cycle, not against it

Schedule tasks around your energy levels, so you can do more on good days and rest when you need to.

How it works

Three steps to working smarter

01

Set up your cycle

Tell Phoebe your cycle length and when it started.

02

Rate your energy

Set effort points for each day — high energy days get more, rest days get less.

03

Plan with your rhythm

Tasks auto-schedule around your capacity. Do more when you're up, less when you're not.

Questions? Answers.

What's an energy cycle?

Your energy naturally fluctuates in a recurring pattern. Phoebe helps you map this pattern and plan tasks around it, so you're not fighting your body to be productive.

Do I need to track my menstrual cycle?

Phoebe works with any recurring energy pattern from 1 to 99 days. Many people use it with their menstrual cycle, but it works just as well for shift schedules, biphasic routines, or any repeating rhythm.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your cycle and task data is yours alone. We never share personal information with third parties.

Is Phoebe free?

Phoebe is currently free to use during early access.
